Pumpkin Pie Hemp Milk Steamer with Coconut Whipped Cream

Autumn is here! I've heard so many people say that this is their favorite season. I totally understand! It is my favorite season, too. I love the cool mornings and evenings. I love that the sun is softer and gentler. I love the geese flying overhead. I love starting to cook and bake hot comforting foods. And like the rest of us, I love pumpkin. The recipe I have here is super easy to make and uses healthier ingredients than a store bought pumpkin latte. There is no need for dairy and cane sugar. I use hemp milk in this recipe because it is super creamy. I almost always choose hemp milk for my hot drinks during fall and winter. Give it a try! I hope you have a wonderful autumn! Ingredients

Pumpkin Pie Hemp Milk Steamer:
12 oz. or 1 1/2 cups hemp milk (I use Living Harvest Tempt)
3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/16 tsp ground nutmeg
1/16 tsp ground ginger
1/16 tsp ground cloves

Coconut Whipped Cream:
2 cans full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Pumpkin Pie Hemp Milk Steamer:
Using a whisk, mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until you reach desired temperature. 

Coconut Whipped Cream:
Pour coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla into a bowl. Use a whisk to mix together until smooth. Pour contents into a professional 1- Quart whipped cream dispenser. Screw lid on tightly. Charge with 2 whipped cream chargers. Shake vigorously 2-3 times. Refrigerate for several hours before use.
